Lance is very patient and has a beautiful voice; his instruction was quite easy to follow even though I was very nervous.... I am so excited to go on this singing journey and find my voice! Thank you Lance!

My personal lessons with Lance have been extremely productive and in 2 months I have already greatly improved my singing. The creative space in my lessons have allowed me to feel more excited and confident about my singing. Lance is a master teacher across a range of skills. He's just as good teaching you to sing an interval as he is suggesting chord progressions or analyzing song structure. At every step of the way, he is patient and enthusiastic, and has concrete, useful ideas about how to get you from A to B.

Lance is my first voice teacher. I decided to take lessons in preparation for reading poetry and short stories. Lance encouraged me to keep singing because he believes that I have a great voice. After practicing his exercises, reading his simplified approach to music theory and singing a few songs, I heard a marked difference in my voice and feel compelled to continue this journey.
