Cancellation Policy
In most cases, rescheduling requests that are made with 24-hours notice will be honored. However, multiple requests to reschedule an appointment, or rescheduling requests made within 24-hours will result in a cancellation without refund. Cancellation requests made with at least 24-hours notice will be refunded.
